AT&T Connectivity Service The connection shall not be utilized for the sending of SMS messages, except for the use of such message solely as a signal to activate an end user data device application.  Except for use as an activation signal, no data or content shall be passed via an SMS message, either from the host application to a mobile device or from a mobile device to the host application. The connection is restricted to facilitating the exchange of data between subscribers of Provider data services and the Customer.  Providers Host Connection Service must be used with the Provider's data services as found on the Services Product Schedule. The connection is restricted to a single connection into the Provider Facilities. Each additional connection into the Provider Facilities must serve the identical Host Application as the original connection into the Provider Facilities.  Requests for additional Host Applications must be reviewed and agreed to in order to prevent any adverse impacts on the performance of the Cingular Wireless network. Provider will provide customer support and trouble analysis within layers one, two and three of the OSI Stack as defined in [IS7498:84] OSI, Open Systems Interconnection - basic reference model, International Standard OSI 7498 Part 1, 1984. All user traffic above OSI layer 2 will be billed according to the Customer's particular rate plan as set out in the Service Product Schedule attached to the Master Agreement.
